Gestational surrogacy is the process whereby a woman – the gestational surrogate – consents to a embryo transfer process, otherwise known as an IVF Procedure. During this process, an embryo (or plural embryos) deriving from the couple acquiring the surrogacy service is implanted in the surrogate. If the procedure is successful, the surrogate becomes impregnated with the child of the couple (the designed parents). The amount of participation with the surrogate thereafter is completely up to the intended parents – typically, the couple is associated with the initial IVF treatments, and being present at the moment of labor and birth of their child. They then take responsibility for the child post-delivery and make the permanent change to legal parenthood.
The process commences by selecting a surrogate mother for your embryo and IVF procedure
Afterward we sit down along with you and adjust costs across a variety of realms including, but not limited to medical, alimentary, accommodations, legal fees, transport etc.

IVF is something women choose opt for when they are experiencing problems with infertility. The conventional IVF involves the removal of the human oocytes from the ovaries and the fertilization process, achieved by “letting" motile spermatozoa to fertilize the oocytes into a particular culture medium. Which means that once embryos are created, they are moved into the uterine cavity through an activity called Embryo Transfer. IVF can be used to mimic the biological processes, in vivo.
IVF is chosen for women who"ve blocked or damaged fallopian tubes, thus preventing the egg and sperm from meeting naturally. IVF also may help you as well as your partner if your infertility is unexplained and/or the male partner has a minimal sperm count. Other factors like mature age endometriosis, immunology, weight problems and mindset may lead people to infertility. IVF could be the option for you if these factors come into play during this stressful time in your lives.
Step 1: Follicular Development and Monitoring
During a woman"s normal menstrual cycle, LH and FSH are the hormones that the body uses to stimulate development and maturation of an individual oocyte. To be able to optimize your pregnancy rates during IVF, it is important to have more thatn one tmature oocyte for fertilization, embryo development and transfer into the uterus. The ovaries are therefore stimulated using higher levels of the stimulating hormone that naturally exist within you. This is achieved using Gonadotrophin injections. Numerous stimulation regimes exist at the moment, and the medical professional chooses the main one best suited to your biological system, in order to achieve a great number of high quality oocytes. Close monitoring of the follicles (the sacs which contain the growing oocytes in the ovaries) is necessary and it is achieved with consistent ultra-sound in order to find out their size and their amounts. At the correct timing, more hormones will be given, aiding with the ultimate maturation of the oocytes. Predicated by all the available responses and laboratory conclusions, the most suitable time for the restoration will be determined.
Step 2: Oocyte Recovery
This is the actual procedure where the doctor collects the oocytes of the womain’s body, a procedure demanding anesthesia. A little needle enters the upper portion of the vagina, through the direction of the ultrasound, into the ovary"s follicles. The substance that is aspirated will then be taken to the lab, where the oocytes will be identified and moved into culture media inside an incubator at 37oC to continue the maturation process for several more hours.
Step 3: Fertilization of OOCYTS
In this stage, your partner will have to give his test of sperm on the day of the oocyte restoration which will be conserved until needed). His sperm will be carefully prepared with a particular process and the healthy spermatozoa separately. There are approximately 100,000 motile spermatozoa added per oocyte, with 4-6 hours after oocyte restoration. This is in order for the fertilization to occur within the next 12-18 hours in the incubator. The insemination process will lead to the fertilization of the oocytes, and resulting embryos are transferred to different culture media to be viewed closely over the next 48 hours.
Step 4: Embryo Transfer
Good quality embryos are chosen and are moved through the neck of the womb using a little catheter based on their rate of development and morphology. The amount of embryos that will be transferred is set according to the age and health background of the potential mother; alongside the number and quality of the embryos which have now been released during each remedy cycle. For every couple, there is a possibility of having several child. Embryo transfer is a painless process, much like having a cervical smear, and thankfully takes just a few minutes. Once the process has been completed, we highly recommend a short resting period in the recovery room. The day after, oocyte retrieval progesterone and other supplements will be prescribed to ensure that the lining of the uterus receives sufficient activation and sustains the implantation of the embryos. Quantitative pregnancy tests with blood also needs to be done 12-14 days after embryo transfer.
